The Sainte Famille Tidal Bay paired deliciously with some creamy hot lobster served on toast and a side of simple green salad after long walk on the beach at Mavilette Provincial Park.

Pairing our first Tidal Bay wine from Avondale Sky with a seafood tower for Canada Day was not only tasty but felt fitting to celebrate the wonderful seafood Canada has to offer.
